We said farewell to everyone and were on our way to Galle. Our driver, Aslam took us on the scenic coastal route and we stopped at a turtle hatchery on the way. We will be spending 4nights/5days in Galle at the Jetwing Lighthouse Hotel. A big THANK YOU to Uncle Ruan who organized all our hotels for us. He personally called the Hotel GM, and we feel like celebrities!!! On Sunday, the 19 our drivver/tour guide took us inside the Galle Fort and explained it's history. We ended the days with yummy curries and beautiful balmy evenings.
